Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly notify us at least 1-2 days in advance of your scheduled date. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments and accommodate other patients. RE-SCHEDULE POLICY: Please inform us 1-2 days in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. This helps us accommodate other patients efficiently. We appreciate your understanding, especially in these times. If you don't comply with this, there may be a penalty fee for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding NO REFUND POLICY: Our no-refund policy covers various situations, including treatment cancellations after the initial downpayment. These situations include dentures, bracket removal followed by orthodontic placement, crowns and veneers, dental implants, and orthodontic appliances. Please note that our policy may change without notice. If you don't follow our policy, we won't be responsible for any resulting issues.
